Dockendorf Equipment, a local leader in petroleum equipment, is looking for a skilled Electronics Service Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment by performing routine maintenance and repairs. This is a field-based position that requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Conduct diagnostic tests using tools such as a voltmeter and ohmmeter to identify issues and troubleshoot problems.
3. Utilize hand tools and computer networking knowledge to maintain and repair computer hardware and low-voltage systems.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service requests and communicating effectively with clients.
5. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and work completed. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Experience as a service technician or in a related field.
3. Proficiency in using hand tools and computer networking knowledge.
4. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
7. Familiarity with computer hardware and low-voltage systems.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
